Industrial Flooring DIVISION THAT DESIGNS AND PRODUCES INDUSTRIAL FLOORING.   This division specialises in offering an outstanding range of industrial floorings, produced both with the traditional system and with the laser vibratory laying and mechanical laying of the wearing coat.   Thanks to the fact that the floor is actually designed for the specific intended purpose, to the size of the slab and to a specific choice of the materials, Durocem offers its customers real seamless flooring with high warranty of load capacity, flatness and lasting resistance.   Durocem offers specific solutions throughout all processing phases:   1.  FOUNDATIONS: The conditions are tested before the floor is laid.  Execution of compacted foundations.   2.  REINFORCEMENT: The slab is sized and specific fibres or wire mesh is used based on specific requirements.   3.  SLAB: The slab is laid with the traditional system or by the laser vibratory laying system.   4.  WEARING COAT: The wearing coat is completed with three different solutions (dusting; mechanical laying; thickness armouring) based on specific requirements.   Selection and application of special hardeners based on the intended use of the floor and its final use.   5.  CONSTRUCTION JOINTS: The construction joints are made to safeguard the slab.  Special seals are applied to protect the flooring.   6.  CURING: Curing plays a vital role in the overall quality of the floor.   7.  TREATMENTS: Together with the normal finishing treatments of the wearing coat, Durocem also offers specific resin-based treatments, which are recommended for those aiming at smart and functional quality, with a variety of colours matching the entire RAL colour range.   The RESINS are also used for the following: Clear and coloured films Curing agents and skim coating Self-levelling treatments, also non-slip Slabs with specific thickness Anti-acid treatment
