Surface Hardeners
Cement-based products, designed especially to eliminate crazing; they are incorporated in the surface to improve resistance to abrasion and to impact in industrial flooring. They may be applied with the traditional dusting method, laid mechanically or with thickness armouring. They are available in two versions:- Standard version ? natural product for conventional use ? HP version ? hi-tech products, which are particularly suitable for application with the thickness armouring method.

DUROFLOW self-levelling cement
Duroflow is an innovative product ensuring very high levels of resistance to abrasion and to loads in remarkably short hardening times and with a limited shrinkage.

Chemical Compounds

Joints, Gaiters, Sealers
Metal joints of various sizes to protect corners and edges to be used during the realisation phase; Balloon-joint covering gaiter for the temporary or permanent sealing of expansion joints; mono-component sealers that guarantee a flexible, adhesive and watertight seal to be used in cured flooring.

Steel Fibres
DUROCEM steel fibres that replace wire mesh, conferring considerable structural advantages: reduction in thickness with the same load capacity; perfect resistance uniformity of the slab even in the most critical points (i.e. normal and constructional joints); reduction in micro-crazing or in damages due to the shrinkage of the concrete; high durability warranty.

Synthetic Fibres
Thanks to the synthetic fibre system, in flooring with wire mesh, you can control the shrinkage of the concrete while it is still soft, reducing problems of micro-crazing and enabling the improvement of the physical-chemical and mechanical characteristics of the concrete.
